The 13th meeting of Policymaking Council of Farabi International Award was held. A report issued by Secretariat of the Award noted that during the meeting, which was presided over by Dr. Khajeh Sarvi, deputy minister of science, research and technology for cultural and social affairs and vice president of the Council, a report on the 3rd edition of Farabi International Award was read out first. Then, members exchanged viewpoints on such issues as determining directors of scientific groups for the 4th edition of the Award, setting general policies of the award, changing the bylaw of the Award, and schedule of the 4th edition. One of the most important decisions of the meeting was selection of directors of scientific groups and establishment of a new scientific group entitled “Islamic Revolution and Imam Khomeini.
